- Hot dog links (preferably natural or organic)
- Buttery soft buns from your local bakery
- Avocado thinly sliced
- Chopped tomatoes
Serve with Salted Plantain Chips
We prefer grilling the links for a nice smokey flavor and crispy bite - leave links on grill until thoroughly cooked. Also, toasting the hot dog buns adds for great texture and flavor: lightly brush sides and top of buns with vegetable oil or melted butter and toast each side.
Place horizontal layers of avocado slices inside buns, top with hot dog, ketchup, tomatoes, + pikliz.
